  • 1/2 cup oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup chopped strawberries

  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon rose extract

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Place ingredients in a container and stir until well combined. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.

  2. In the morning give it a stir, the oats soak up a lot of the liquid so you may want to add a little more milk before serving. Top with additional chopped strawberries and serve.
