This is a refreshing smoothie that's perfect for the warmer months. The mint and lime give it a nice tang. If you prefer a little sweetness feel free to add a touch of honey.

Replacing the raspberries with strawberries would make it a little sweeter too. This will provide you with 1 serve of your daily fruit intake (we aim for 2 each day).


  • 1/2/ cup chopped watermelon

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

  • Squeeze of fresh lime

  • Mint leaves to taste ( I use around 3)

  • Handful of baby spinach

  • 1/2 cup of coconut water

  • 1/2 cup of water


Blitz in the blender and serve!
