These are so satisfyingly delicious and packed full of goodness. Maca powder, through its plant sterols, stimulates the endocrine system helping to maintain hormonal balance, raw honey is antifungal and antibacterial and great for our immune systems, the protein powder will keep you full for longer along with peanut butter. The chocolate chips are just for taste factor!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups quick oats

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 tbsp maca powder

  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (60grams)

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Directions

Place oats, peanut butter, honey, maca powder, protein powder and chocolate chips in a large bowl. Stir to combine.

Getting the mixture to combine takes a bit of work but it will come together as you keep mixing. I use wet hands to knead the dough towards the end. Form the dough into balls. I make about 22.

Store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
